The ship was in primo condition. Instrument panel could be cleaned up a bit, but all instruments work and are fully visible.
There was a lot of misc, pollen and such on the fore and aft decks, so I couldn't see if there were any obvious blemishes to the surface, however, based on what I could see and understanding the history of the owners of the boat, I can't imagine anything more than cosmetic.
Upon a buyers visit, everything should be cleaned up for a full inspection at that time.
